I am Jack Kershaw, Group Sales Director of the Premier Automotive Group. I lead a successful team of sales executives, selling and transacting training and recruitment businesses. My role is motivating the team on a daily basis, agreeing their team and individual targets, leading sales meetings, coaching and developing them. I also devise and manage our overall sales strategy.
Premier Automotive Group has a portfolio that covers automotive and motor trades training, specialist dealership recruitment and specialist management consultancy services to the automotive trade. My direct experience includes the automotive, telecoms and IT industries, encompassing both recruitment and training of high calibre staff. I have worked with some of the leading brands both in the UK and globally, developing business driven relationships based on trust, mutual respect and success.
These include Babcock International, Allianz Global Assistance, Halfords Auto Centres & Mercedes Benz. I am employed by the Premier Automotive GRP as group sales Director on a non executive basis to work along side and report to the Managing Director to continue the ongoing growth of and development of group of companies. Including being a founder of Premier Auto Recruit, leading and driving this business to become a market leading recruitment business. Within my role, I lead, motivate and manage a team of new business development executives selling short and medium length automotive and motor trade courses. Within this role I arrange and set targets & KPI's, manage daily, weekly and monthly sales meetings, reporting on a monthly basis to the Managing Director. I also recruit new sales executives and arrange sales training and coaching. On a day to day basis, I also run Premier Auto Recruit, developing new business and within 6 months have become successful preferred supplies to international businesses such as Babcock International, Allianz Global Assistance, Halfords Auto Centres & Mercedez Benz to name a few. Including managing on-going client accounts, I manage the team of recruitment consultants, resourcers, admin and marketing to drive the recruitment business forward through developing a integral business relationship with clients. I also manage and run all advertising and marketing for the group of businesses and since joining Premier Automotive GRP have implemented new marketing materials, websites and company marketing practises.
